Dr. Kutchak has been an administrator with the Kiski Area School District for twenty-one years and served as a principal in four different buildings. He earned his bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Mercyhurst University, his master’s degree and elementary and secondary principal’s certificates from the University of Pittsburgh, his superintendent’s letter of eligibility from Gannon University, and his doctorate from Point Park University.
